Excellent communication! They have really good workers.The crew that took my old chimney down and put my new chimney up were  Brent, Ronald, and Mike. My wood stove never had a good draft and smoke always came into the house when opening the door. They installed an insulated, stainless steel liner, and the draft is better than I expected. Fire burns good and clean with no more smoke coming into the house when opening the door. The job was done in less than a day and at a reasonable price.
